Beryl Cameron Emmons Maryanski , a long- time resident of Medford, MA, died Sunday the 9th of April at home surrounded by family and friends.

Born July 30th, 1923 in Marblehead, MA to Horace and Alice McCarthy Emmons and brother Dexter Kenard Emmons . In 1941, Beryl wed WWII veteran Raymond Stanley Maryanski of North Hampton, MA.

Beryl was a lover of many things; a self- proclaimed chocoholic, she enjoyed singing, dancing and was always found late at night with a book in her lap. Incredibly skilled with her hands, she excelled at needlework, knitting, crocheting, puzzles, and writing letters with the most perfected penmanship. A life-long subscriber to Time Magazine, Beryl had a love of learning; a tremendous Tetris player, she was also an accomplished crossword puzzle solver and word search finder. She loved playing Bingo and cribbage with neighborhood friends and cherished her pets and animals of all kinds.

Beryl is survived by her six children and their families; Kenneth Maryanski and his wife Sheila, son Matthew and Partner Valerie, daughter Jill McDonough and her husband Kyle; Ryanne Maryanski Santosusso and husband Anthony , daughter Denise Ferrara and husband Jason, son Steven and Fiancee Valerie Cushing; Wendy Nigro, daughter Diana Moran and husband Charles ; Beryl Rotondo, daughter Patrice Murphy and husband Shawn, daughter Charlien Rotondo; Wayne Maryanski and beloved dog Milley; Nancy Tustin and husband Steven, daughter RayLynn, daughter Leah Knight and husband Ryan.
She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 2great-great grandchildren, in addition to a nephew George Emmons and family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Thursday , April 13, 2017 at 11 A.M. in the Crawford Memorial United Methodist Church, 34 Dix Street, Winchester, Mass. Burial Oak Grove Cemetery Medford, Ma. Visiting hours with the family in the Cincotti Funeral Home, 421 High St., Medford, Mass. prior to the church service from 9 to 10:30 A.M.
